Maryland HOME Act passes the Senate!

The Home Act (House Bill 231) passed the Maryland Senate in a bipartisan vote of 31-25. Now, both House and Senate bills advance to the Governor! Thank you to the bill sponsors Sen. Smith and Del. Leirman, as well as all the people who worked so hard to get this bill passed.
