Saturday, February 25: The Annual Baltimore Archdiocesan Social Ministry Convocation.

At Mercy High School. 9 am to 3 pm. Theme: Dream Big / Dream Together. Keynote Speaker: Rev. Dr. Marlon Tilghman. (Pastor, Ames United Methodist Church, Bel Air.) Social justice advocate and leader with BRIDGE Maryland.

 

12 workshops include: ABC's of Social Justice, Who Lives Where: Racism and the Housing Shortage, A Parish Green Team: A New Way of Being Community; Our Church and Labor: Principles and Practice and Maryland Catholic Conference 2023 Legislative Session Update.

Registration is only $20. Online registration to open soon at: www.archbaltsmc.org. (And note: if you can't attend in person, free live streaming of opening prayer service, keynote address and award ceremony, will be offered.)
