Beyond the Boundaries is thrilled with the recent renovations that have
been (and continue to be) done to Joe’s Lodge, made possible through the
generosity of community members. The simple cabin has now been expanded
with an addition of a doublewide trailer, bathroom facilities located in a
singlewide trailer, and an immense deck that provides safe access to all the
buildings.
- With the addition of decking system, the kitchen was
relocated to the double-wide to afford the cooks more
room, and to give the hunters more space to relax in front
of the cabin's fire. The new kitchen has been christened
Lee's Diner, in honor of Lee Buntjer. Renovations to the
double-wide are a work-in-progress.
